It's very dirty, the last month it smells like fumes at the PVZ, today the last straw was the attitude of an employee who simply says "factory packaging", without mentioning that it cannot be opened, I opened a paper bag with a sticker, inside a torn box and a low-quality toy, as a result, they began to force me to buy back the goods, allegedly because it was opened factory packaging. I refused to pick it up, to which the employee roughly tore out the box, then did not answer my question about whether payment for other goods had been made. In my last visit, this employee ate sunflower seeds with a friend, spitting out the husks right in front of me. Super simple. In my personal account, I've changed the PVZ forever right now.

Since the opening, this item has become like a magic wand. Previously, the staff was more friendly, probably now it is not so important for them)). In winter, it was not pleasant to go there, because of the soaked cardboard and dirt. In the spring, the dirt was replaced by an unpleasant smell. It would not hurt to occasionally use an air freshener or ventilate the room.

Well, there are changing rooms and walls that are not shabby, there are no cockroaches, everything is fine, parcels are delivered well, up to a maximum of three days (depends on the product)
