I want to warn everyone — an extremely negative impression of the work of the employee (the girl operator). I came to the pick-up point, but she was absent from the place. As it turned out, she calmly left to smoke. When she returned, the communication from the first word was boorish and rude, as if I owed her something. When asked about the return of the goods (everything is on time and according to the rules), she heard the categorical answer "I can't help you, figure it out for yourself," although her direct responsibility is to make refunds. Moreover, she began to find fault with the product, looking for non-existent defects, clearly trying to refuse a refund. No desire to solve the issue, just negativity and complete disregard for customers. I really ruined my mood and made me regret ordering the delivery here. I do not recommend this PVZ while this "employee" is working there

I've been to different PVZS, this one is definitely the best. The coolest employee is Tatiana, she works fast, is adequate and pleasant in communication. The PVZ is clean, lots of fitting rooms, plenty of space

The staff at the point are young, fast, and polite. Queues are more common in the evening when people return from work. The guys are coping, trying to serve even faster. They will always wish you a good day. Nice.
