I've been trying to return the product in proper condition for a week now - a leather belt! The PVZ refuses to take him back. During the receipt of the goods, according to the rules, I checked it under the camera with an employee of the PVZ. I was ALONE at the PVZ, but the employee did not consider it necessary to warn that the goods could not be opened, since they were packed in factory packaging. We ALWAYS open and check the goods under the camera in the PVZ. The employee refused a refund, saying that "I thought you knew that you can't open the original packaging." And then how to measure and check the goods??? The final argument was that "when you registered, you checked that you were familiar with the rules of the World Bank." I don't see anything here except an attempt to absolve myself of responsibility for not being warned about the non-disclosure of the goods in time!
