I ordered the product at this pick-up point, a notification came that it had arrived and my mother went to pick it up. She showed the code, the employee went to look for it, couldn't find it, then she came back and said, "Well, will you wait 2 hours for me to accept all the goods?" It was said what kind of product it was, what it should look like, but the employee did not want to find the product at all, pretended to be looking for it. We are very disappointed, I hope there will be no such situations in the future.
