The department and staff are 10/10, but the wb service itself and its technical support leave much to be desired. The goods were supposed to be delivered on May 18, first the status changed to delayed goods, and 3 days later it was canceled. They are in no hurry to return the money, 10 business days. I walked and walked and didn't get there. I sincerely sympathize with the administrators, they have to justify themselves for the incompetent and unfair work of their colleagues. The site is working crookedly, the order cannot be canceled, the delivery cost is 30% of the cost of the product (+-) and does not meet the promised deadlines.

The pick-up point is small, but generally not bad. But it is impossible to use the application itself in Georgia - most of the orders hung for 3 weeks without changing the status, and they were canceled. The money was returned less than it was paid for, and the repayment percentage was reduced. There are robots in support, they say that I did not pick up the order in 12 days, but they do not care that the order did not reach the pick-up point.

Very friendly and helpful staff 👍 They speak Georgian and Russian. I didn't notice the queues that other users write about, although I visit there often and at different times.
