Despite the fact that there is more than enough space in front of his porch to install a ramp with a convenient angle of inclination. I'll assume that it all comes down to finances. But it is possible to put at least a bell outside to call the staff and install this bell in a place accessible to wheelchair users. We are still living in the 21st century, comrades! I would like to mention the work of an employee who was on shift on 05/06/2026 firstly, people stood and waited for her to finish swearing on the phone in the back room. Secondly, all her actions towards customers are accompanied by rudeness and a dissatisfied expression on her face , and this happens systematically when you enter the PVZ and see her - at least turn around and wait for the day when her replacement comes out (she sunny!) the cry of the soul

It's the worst pick-up point I've ever seen. Employees do not adequately treat the return of goods after fitting! Soon they will take a magnifying glass to check every dot and thread on the product. Explaining the disrespect to the customer with your work! You will have to order at another location with adequate staff!
