The pick-up point itself is nice, clean, there are no queues, but the staff are so unhappy that I personally did something to them. I understand that everyone has bad days, and I usually don't pay attention to that. But it repeats itself from time to time, I would have ordered to another pick-up point a long time ago, but this one is the closest to home. I was picking up my orders on 07/24 in the evening, I thought the guy who worked there that day would throw one of the boxes at me, some kind of passive-aggressive behavior, apparently due to the fact that I disturbed him and distracted him from his phone.

The impression is disappointing. I had to order here, as my favorite point on Zakharova 50a was closed. I came here three times - the first time the order was accepted by a girl, and everything was fine. The second time, the guy who gave out the order got his purchases mixed up and accidentally put someone else's package with my purchases - so instead of carefully taking it back, he just threw the box into this back room without getting up from his chair. What if there's machinery or glass goods in there? The third time, as I write this review, I came to pick up my purchases at 12:05 p.m. on Monday, June 23. There's a "break" sign on the door, when, as an employee who sits there in this building at the resupply, he said that no one had come to work since 9 a.m., and no one had been there since morning. I wasn't the only one who went there that Monday morning, and everything turned around, even though someone was sitting longer and waiting longer. I greatly sympathize with Wildberry's employees and those who face unfair treatment from their superiors or dead clients - but if you have strikes or unexpected days off, please let us know in advance or at least leave an ad with your phone number - because you often had to order something at the last moment, and such a setup is simply completely spoils the whole impression and puts Wildberries' reputation in an even worse light than it is now.
