Disgusting service! I arrived at the pick-up point 20 minutes before the next "technical break". There was a queue in the room. Instead of calmly working, the employee stated from the doorway: "Girl, if I can see you in 20 minutes, fine, if not, I'm taking a break at 13:00." Question to the management: what are the breaks if the point is working on schedule without stopping? And why should a client deal with the consequences of an employee's slow work and queue congestion? Instead of politely accepting people who came during working hours, she shifts her disorganization onto us in advance. If you don't have time, hire a second employee instead of kicking out customers who show up on time. Extremely unprofessional!

Lots of 15-minute breaks throughout the day. I arrived 10 minutes before the break. The employee told me: "You won't have time to try it on, come back after the break." This is the first time I've encountered this. I used to order at the Odoevsky 101 point, there were no breaks, the maximum was to wait until the booth was empty, if you need to try it on. It is also not at all correct that the camera is only in the delivery room. And where the table is, there is no camera. It turns out that when there's a queue, you check and elbow the person in the queue.

I went to the pick-up point before the break today. I hadn't been to the checkpoint for a long time, so I didn't know about the break schedule. The girl had been looking for another client's position for a long time, so she started serving me already on her break. She defiantly recorded a voice message to her partner/friend that people were so bad, they didn't care about breaks and the like. When she gave out the goods, she threw them away and did not calmly put them down. And in general, the attitude was aggressive. You can safely ask people to wait 15 minutes while there is a break, rather than throwing tantrums from scratch.
