02/05/26 the guy could not find all the goods for the client, created a queue with this, did not serve, as a result, the people who did not need the goods dispersed. Bottom line: I'll have to go another day, the whole family is in a bad mood, this is the last order for this pick-up point, which I've been using for several years. Before the new year, there were other employees, everything was fine. This is not the first time this employee has created queues and is unable to search for goods. Even one star is a lot for such terrible service.

A good pick-up point, everything is clean and well-equipped inside, there's just a little bit too little space and the staff can be unhappy and angry, but everything else is fine

I took two orders from this point in one week. I had to come twice every time, because the point was closed for that break. I also waited about half an hour several times for it to open during business hours, along with other waiting customers. I called the management of the point - they replied that they allow the employee to leave during working hours, because she is there alone and gets very tired when accepting goods. I don't recommend picking up orders here.
