Blonde girl at the checkout (did not introduce herself) When issuing the order, she warned that it was necessary to check the goods for conformity and marriage (no signs of dirt were indicated) as well as on the tables posted by Wildbury itself. As a result, they did not want to accept the product because of traces of deodorant, which were not found during my inspection. It was also said about the stains, which are not stains, but are traces of the hooks of the bra, imprinted on the fabric. As a result, they were forced to buy back the product and contact Goldbury's support, but it is not clear how to show something in a photo that is practically invisible in real life. The girl also raised her voice and threatened the authorities, whom we never saw. I do not recommend it!

I totally agree with the previous review. The worst pick-up point is because of a blonde woman/consultant. You can't really try anything on and look at it. Either a sealed package is considered factory packaging, or shoes that have been tried on and sand has stuck from the fitting room are considered damaged after fitting. It practically forces you to buy back all the goods you order. That's just terrible. So, if you want to measure the product normally and return it in case of refusal, I do not advise ordering at this point.

The situation is out of the ordinary. We arrived to pick up our things, we were met by a woman (dark hair, did not introduce herself, even when asked) in an inadequate condition, either alcohol or something stronger. Of the three things, only two were brought to us, and it is not known where the third is. She couldn't do her job in this condition, couldn't confirm the payment, couldn't cancel the missing item. In fact, the money was debited from the card along with the missing item. When asked to cancel the product and do her job correctly, the woman did not respond, just talked about her life. We decided to pick up two parcels and leave, and the doors closed immediately after us. Thank you for the service and the interesting staff.
