Terrible pick-up point. I ordered goods there, because it's close to home. As a result, the PVZ staff is very slow, you can wait for the goods for 20 minutes per person. The last time I was there today was to pick up 1 item. As a result, I had to wait more than 30 minutes, because they couldn't find him. The employee asked to wait. they say she would look at the cameras, but at that time she was calmly serving other customers, and I just had to wait. As a result, after 30 minutes, instead of finding some kind of normal solution, I was told to come back tomorrow or re-order the product, because it is unknown where and they cannot find it) Whose problem is this, mine? If I came for the product today, then I want to pick it up today! This is the first time I've encountered this, although the flow of people there is not so huge that it would delay everyone so much. I'm not saying that there's almost nowhere to stand, everything is filled with goods. I will never order anything there again.

Terrible PVZ, employees do not know the rules, they are forced to abandon the product, having come up with an incomprehensible reason. They say to issue a refund on the body. Don't they know that it belongs to the underwear category and is non-refundable? I do not recommend it!!!
