Convenient location (not far from the bus stop), a large room, you can freely check the goods without crowding, there are two fitting rooms, and most importantly there is a chic self-service coffee machine with a huge selection of drinks, very tasty and inexpensive!

The World Bank was closed at 20:38 from the very beginning, and there was a sign that it was open, a couple of minutes later a guy and a girl (employees of this point) went inside and only then hung up a sign that they had a break. It was very unpleasant, especially when it started to rain slowly, but there was no point in waiting, so it would not be very pleasant to stand further in the rain.

At the moment, the scariest and most unpleasant air defense checkpoint that came across in Minsk. It's kind of untidy, uncomfortable, the room is large, but empty, dimly lit, the staff are mostly indifferent, slow, they don't make contact themselves (conditionally, if a person comes without shopping experience on the World Bank, he won't understand that the order needs to be closed - the employee can just sit or stand somewhere and that's it; at other pvzs, employees, if they see that the client has finished and is standing idle, will clarify — "are you taking everything, can I close it?"). There were no conflicts, no rudeness either, it's just that the contrast with other pvzs, where employees are usually very nice and sociable, has an effect) It's not a disadvantage to employees, it's just a very noticeable difference. And yes, I also got into incomprehensible jokes, aka a teenager sitting in front of the delivery counter in a pile of bags on the floor (possibly a friend / girlfriend of the employees). In general, it will be more convenient to call for home delivery with such a PVZ.
