As soon as a new pick-up point opened in the Neighborhood, I immediately switched to receiving purchases there, since it is the closest to home. Neat, 2 changing rooms, a soft bench, a corner for children to draw. The staff is friendly. If the queue is too big, then its tail protrudes into the beer store, beer lovers can choose something without wasting time).

I gave it four stars, but I think it's a lot. The place is always a mess, these tracks from disassembled boxes are just creepy. There are no wastebaskets where you could throw an unnecessary package. I don't like the staff very much, they're always unhappy. I understand it's not an easy job, but it's not anyone's fault that they chose such a job. I would like the staff to be more polite, more tidy, and the parking lot to be neat and clean.

They can'T do their job. To pick up orders, you have to go three times a day: sometimes they have unplanned long breaks (and they supposedly work "without lunch"), then "the goods haven't been delivered yet", then yesterday's goods arrived only today ("in the morning"), but in fact they may just have been too lazy to sort out the delivery yesterday. Examples of other pick-up points show that it is possible (and necessary) to work in a different way
