The extremely unpleasant staff that was on the evening of May 20th. I was in line, and a girl from the fitting room came up to me later. When it was my turn, the girl behind me said that she had been here for a long time, although she was in the fitting room, and the girl at the counter began to serve her returns (although both employees saw that my husband and I came in with a stroller). I turned to the second employee (who had been sorting through other products all this time and ignored the queue at the second girl), to which I received the answer "what did you want, there are always such queues with refunds". I pointed out that I was actually behind in my turn and a small child was waiting for me. It was only after that that I received a refund (by the way, it wasn't clothes and shoes like the people in front and the girl behind me, everything was packed and didn't require a thorough check). This is the first time I've encountered such treatment at your point.

Not pleasant staff. There is a trash can on the street , that is , if you need to carry a lot of boxes with you outside past your orders , the trash can is all dirty , and it is disgusting to touch the lid of the trash can with your hands . I'll probably choose another pick-up point.

Our beloved PVZ, the whole family goes here, we always treat any incidents and situations with understanding, but the new employee, a young guy, does everything so that we go to the competitors. There is a queue of customers in front of him, he is talking on the phone and pretends that he does not hear either "hello" or "please give me the goods." Five minutes later, he clicks and says, "Are you in a hurry?", lets one girl go and gets back on the phone, even though he sees that the queue is growing and waiting. We ask for the goods again, and again we wait for him to stop playing the deaf-mute and release the goods to us with a couple of rude bonuses. All this with sighs and eye rolls. We checked the product, said we were picking it up, and there was zero reaction, and the queue was huge, and it was still on the phone. As a result, they did not wait for an answer that he had released the goods, they just saw that the transaction in the bank had passed and left. I also work with people and I know how hard it is, especially if there is a technical problem, and I don't ask you to greet me with a Hollywood smile, but it's elementary not to be rude and not pretend that the buyer is to blame for something - this is the base. It's even better to explain that you need five minutes to solve the problem, or postpone it if you have a queue in front of you.By the way, while I was standing in line, I didn't hear anyone explain the rules of acceptance and inspection of things, so I feel there will be more than one scandal with those who don't understand the service staff so well. I hope the management listens and pays attention to the employee's ignorance!
