Hello, I have always spoken well about this pvz, but today I came to make a refund and out of 4 things, only 1 was taken from me. I ordered the delivery by courier, the clothes didn't fit me, and I decided to return them. But on the spot, 2 girls counted things with the marriage, although there is nothing like that. I didn't spoil things, and even more so, if there had been a marriage, I would have issued a refund in a different way. Due to some incorrect seams and a couple of protruding threads, they didn't take my things.

Everything used to be fine. The queue is moving very slowly now. In 20 minutes, 4 orders were issued (5 minutes per person). At 21:00, 4 people were deployed without orders, including me, because the pick-up point is closing. No one said not to take a queue in advance. Why did I arrive at 20:40? Because at 17:30 and at 19:30, when I wanted to go in for an order, there were even more queues. I assume that if someone decided to fully defend that queue, it could take them an hour and a half. I don't know what's going on there or at what level the problem is.: shoals at the level of individual employees, the whole pick-up point, or even the entire Wildbury. But I shouldn't care, I'm only interested in the quality of the final service. The employees were not rude, they answered politely, and thank you for that. But if there is a problem, for example, with an excessive number of orders, then it is necessary to aggressively sound the alarm to Wildbury, because this is also in their interests so that there are few such problems.
