The male employee showed himself to be very incompetent: he behaved rudely with customers, accusing them of delaying the queue, although in fact the employee himself took the returned goods for a long time (he could not sort out the packages). Many customers, having heard rudeness on his part, left. Such "maintenance" discouraged the desire to use this PVZ.
