Disgusting job of a pick-up point employee. Today, on 07/30/25, I came to pick up my parcels, of which there were 4 items for fitting, I said that I would try them on, this person wrote off without consent and made the payment, although all the items were refused, the amount in rubles was 9000, since I am from the Russian Federation. Tomorrow is the day of the loan payment, who will compensate me for this amount? She refused to contact her supervisor. I attributed it to the flow of customers and got tired. You spoil your entire reputation with such employees, no matter what kind of customer flow you have, you are at work and must perform your duties 100%. I will definitely tell my friends to change the pick-up point, and there have been such calls more than once. The employee was sent on a long journey, which I do not regret. I would also like to add that in most cases this person is attended by strangers who are annoying. This is a workplace, not a place for entertainment and gatherings. Talking on the phone and deciding which juice to buy at the store. I really hope that this situation will give the head a reason to reflect and review his employees.

A good pick-up point is always clean and there are almost always no queues. The disadvantage is the slippery staircase at the entrance (in winter). In general, I recommend this PVZ.
