A good pick-up point with pleasant staff. There are no queues. The order is found quickly. It is clean, there are no foreign unpleasant odors. Good location, convenient to get there.

Disgusting workers, you won't even see them in the bazaar. Not trained in anything, they behave rudely. Yesterday I came to return the goods, the woman does not even know how to do it and starts to drive at me and say that I did not save the package from the goods and claimed that with the help of it, the refund is only being made. After that, I called the management myself and told them that I allegedly couldn't see this purchase at all, as a result, the manager already explained to her and me how to make a refund, and as a result, that package was not needed at all. Okay, okay, I've come to terms with it, so I'm coming today, there's already another guy there. I started explaining the situation to him that I returned the product yesterday, but in my personal account the refund is still in the status "return the product to the pick-up point". And how does he start: I didn't accept the refund from you, I have no idea what you have there, I'm not a programmer. I just asked to confirm that I brought the product and that it was accepted from me, and he also starts bullying me, you see, it's my fault. For the whole 45 minutes, through requests, explanations, pleas, and then through screams and screams, I asked this person to help me in some way. I didn't ask him to refund my money here and now, I didn't ask him to fix the application itself, I just asked for basic confirmation that the refund was accepted from me. These people who work there don't know the internal politics at all, they don't know the rules and stages of their PVZ in general, and they also manage to drive customers away.

Employees need to be trained!!!! Even the support wrote to me that the girls did not do the right thing! The money was withdrawn while the girl was choosing books. As soon as the money is withdrawn, it turns out that it is the product that is unnecessary and cannot be returned!!!
