The normal practice is to arrive at 10:30, and the point is already on the "10 minutes" break, and it lasts for 30 minutes, because the staff is in the next grocery store) Yes, we are all human beings, and there is nothing wrong with wanting to eat, relax, go out for natural reasons, but when it happens almost daily and delivers If there is obvious discomfort to customers (and you can come, and there are already 5 people under the item), then perhaps something needs to be changed? Maybe it's not about the employee. In general, there is a vibe and a feeling that you come to the employees' home and for some reason ask them to give out the goods, and they chat, laugh, in general, people are busy) From the original - discussing clients in a negative way in front of other visitors. I understand that clients are strange people, but these discussions should be left for friends and family. As a client, I'm not interested and uncomfortable listening to this. One of the advantages: convenient location, before the nearest point was quite far away. It should also be noted that the point is always quite clean, there is a zone for kids. I don't go to the pick-up point anymore, because another point has opened nearby, where there is nothing like this, but the advantages are the same. I wish you success!

The pick-up point is very conveniently located, but the male manager is behaving abominably!!He's rude, the girl asked for a package,he threw her a stack of packages and said take as many as you want, just don't touch me, my goods weren't in stock, he said I didn't get your goods, do you think I'm hiding them, even though I didn't actually say anything, then he didn't even he said that he had pressed something and did not understand the computer, did not know what to do ,Came to the end of the shift ,there was already a girl ,smiling,friendly, found everything at once , gave the goods and without any problems, for this, of course, and increased the rating.If there were 2 employees to replace and replace the man , then in general the ideal product would be

To say that the staff is behaving impudently is an understatement!!! There are simply no words!!! They do not hesitate to say that they are the owners at this point and they do everything they want!!! They deliberately refused without my consent at the moment when I really needed this product!!! I have never met such a boorish attitude!
