A very unpleasant experience at this pick-up point. The employee behaved rudely and incorrectly. She called an ordinary box in cellophane "factory packaging" and stated that after opening, the goods could not be discarded. At the same time, there were glass salad bowls inside, which it was logical to check for integrity before receiving. Plus, the woman found fault with every point on the clothes and refused to reject jeans, saying that the small dot at the bottom was a marriage. As a result, the goods had to be picked up and returned through the personal account. All communication with this woman was rude and unpleasant. I recommend that at this point in the issue, for each product, ask the employee if it can be opened, and for each point if it is not defective. If you don't want to waste a lot of nerves and time on returning the goods, then order from another PVZ. Personally, I will no longer choose this pick-up point and I do not advise others.
