Disgusting service: proper conditions are not created for fitting things (in particular in winter). The mats for fitting are wet, but customers should take their trousers dry after fitting. In my case, the WB employee refused to accept the trousers because of two small damp spots at the bottom, it is logical that they have become such, since the mats are wet, according to the manager, the buyer should flutter over the mat during fitting. I had to pay for the pants and take them home, because I was in a hurry if I had. I had time, they would have dried in 30 minutes. At home, I contacted tech support and was told that I could return the trousers within two weeks, but the WB employee refused to accept them again.
