With the change of decent, polite and friendly employees to a girl with monstrous hidden aggression and some kind of malevolent gleam in her eyes when controversial issues arise and a clear inner attitude towards confrontation rather than cooperation with the client, the lack of a basic setting for productive interaction with the client, creating a benevolent image and striving in all possible ways to interest and help the person, led to to a persistent negative attitude towards the once beloved and comfortable pick-up point. Plus, there's chronic dirt in the booths, and here's the RESULT - I DOWNLOADED Ozon, which is about the same distance away, and I'm carrying my money there! It's not surprising - a person goes where it's better! And it got BAD on Drozdovich 28A! And the organization is losing money! And not small ones. No one has canceled the human factor! Either to "trash" such employees, or to change the attitude towards people TO RESPECTFUL, FRIENDLY AND TACTFUL!!
