I received the order on 14.10.25. one thing was with a defect that I did not notice, but the employee noticed when I refused to receive it after fitting, because the thing did not fit me. The employee wrote off the money for the item without my consent, under the pretext that I should have noticed the defect myself and informed her. I carefully studied the Rules of use of the trading platform and the Video Surveillance Policy and came to the conclusion that the employee does not see the difference between refusing to receive the goods at the PVZ and returning the goods. Teach the employee how to work, otherwise there will be a lot of complaints.
