The room is small, but queues are rare, the staff handles it quickly, there are a lot of fitting rooms, it's very close to me, convenient, the girls are polite, the ceiling at the entrance is too low, dangerous.

I'll give you a 5-star rating for only one reason, when visiting this pick-up point, I noticed the number of visitors, there are a lot of people, apparently wildberries are located at a great distance from each other in this area, so if possible, order goods at another pick-up point, and the workers are well done, they work clearly and quickly.

In winter, it's better not to go here (especially closer to six o'clock), it's as uncomfortable as possible, I'm not afraid of the word "terrible"! There is a queue from the "basement" all the way to the street, people crowd on the narrow stairs, in the waiting room. There is a catastrophic shortage of space. There are always a lot of people. I feel sorry for the employees who have to work in this chaos. I give stars only to them, because they are well done and work quickly, always calm and friendly (although I have observed scandalous clients several times, the employees have always behaved very professionally). Of course, the proximity to the house pleases, but at what price) ... There used to be a beautiful LARGE PVZ nearby, but it was closed, unfortunately.
