This point was not stable before, but now it is simply unbearable. The last four times I either come back with nothing (a very long break to smoke and talk on the phone during rush hour, with an indefinite end), or a half-hour wait for the goods due to "I did not accept", "not in a sorted box, so wait, I will accept 10 more people and come back to you" and so on. Not to mention the lack of even minimal goodwill. In defense of the girls who work there, when they're on shift, everything's fine. It's good that there are competitors in the neighboring office, I try to order from them.

excellent pick-up point. large bright room, plenty of space, two changing rooms. I don't see any crowds there, the girls are polite and work quickly.

I don't recommend it. There are always some kind of overlays - employees (more often guys) search for goods for a very long time, get confused, once they just showed the product from a distance and said it was defective, but they didn't give it to them. Yesterday, two items that were paid for when ordering were not returned at all. My husband picked it up using a qr code, he didn't check the quantity of goods... I returned the next day, to no avail.
