The order was ordered with courier delivery, fully paid for. On the appointed day, the order arrived at the pick-up point, but the courier did not deliver the order. It's been 6 days and it's been quiet. The support service takes its time and feeds you breakfast without explaining anything. The order is intended for my elderly mother, who is unable to walk to the destination on her own, much less bring everything that is ordered (the order is large). Complete mayhem! They open up points, but they don't bear any responsibility! More than that, they don't even try to contact me and at least apologize and explain the reason.

I picked up my order today, and instead of canceling part of the product, the PVZ employee closed the entire order upon request. I had to take everything. The response to the outrage was that the refund would need to be made in your personal account through an application. However, it turned out that even unopened cosmetics cannot be returned after receipt. Save your money and nerves by ordering the product at a nearby pick-up point.
