The story of the marriage that doesn't exist is still relevant. They forced me to pick up the product, which was checked and looked good before going to the fitting room. But the marriage was found anyway. 3 stars for the cleanliness of the item and the second girl, with whom there were no problems.

On December 13, at about 11:00, I was confronted with absolutely unacceptable behavior by an employee. Rudeness, shouting, insulting tone, attempts to expel the client from the PVZ. The employee herself handed out the damaged (cut) product, after which she tried to force me to pay for it, actually shifting her negligence to the client. When it was noted that the goods had already been damaged before the transfer, the response was: "I'm tired." She refused to give her first and last name, refused to accept the complaint correctly, and when asked where to contact, she said, "look for yourself." This is not just a bad service, but a gross violation of Wildberries standards and consumer rights. I demand a camera check, taking measures and suspending this employee from working with clients. I do not recommend visiting this PVZ.

There are no questions to the employees of the PVZ, they always behave correctly. But the RAMP was attached just for beauty!! It is physically impossible to climb this point!
