The cashier, Arseny, was rude and refused to accept the goods, which I did not want to pick up. I did not provide a book of complaints and suggestions. I'd rather walk an extra dozen meters than come pick up an order from this boor. The other cashiers are great, I always picked them up there and there were no such excesses.

The pick-up point is very unpleasant , the staff is not experienced all the time , they are constantly changing . The condition of the pick-up point leaves much to be desired, it is constantly dirty, the smell at the pick-up point is unpleasant, unfortunately I do not recommend it.
