Initially, there was an unpleasant situation because of an employee, but later I met with the owner and found out that the problem was with this particular employee, he was constantly messing up, but now he has already been fired. The owner works for the PVZ herself, she is very polite and responsible, she sincerely apologized, and it is clear that she really cares. Everything is great! Politely, promptly. They asked if it was hard to find a PVZ, everything was very attentive and sincere. I'm attaching photos for future visitors) the entrance is from the Grand Crystal residential complex, not from the SANTA store. You need to climb the ramp to the courtyard of the house. The PVZ will be in the corner of the building
