Dev stars for the location-nothing more. There were various unpleasant situations, but they were quite bearable. But on 15.02, 20 minutes before closing, I ran to get the goods, the employee asked me how many goods I had? I replied that there were 3, but 2 immediately go for a refund and I will pick up 1 product and run away. To which I get the answer... "You won't be able to pick it up tomorrow" What?! Seriously?! For one product that I came for now, which I don't need to check and try on (from the cosmetics category). He replied that he needed to work in the morning and I just wouldn't have time to pick it up, although I shouldn't have made excuses... I got the answer that tomorrow was her only day off in a long time, what's the point anyway? I'm amazed, what are the conditions?

terrible service! current employees are rude, slow, and completely uncaring. they are rude, they throw parcels, there are eternal queues, because the employee simply cannot cope with his slowness. as for the cleanliness in the paragraph..dust, debris, dirty tables. There used to be Veronica (she left sometime in January) — the best! friendly, fast, and accurate. the item worked PERFECTLY with her. After she left, it was a complete shambles. Avoid this item! not a foot in here.
