I open the door, an employee comes out with a piece of paper on the door about a technological break for 20 minutes (from 16:50 to 17:10). He hangs it on the door. He says come back in 20 minutes, the program is not working. He closes the door in my face. She didn't let me into the pick-up point. A curtain. In this regard, two questions: how does she know that the program will crash after exactly 20 minutes? Why couldn't we have offered to wait inside, seeing the weather outside? I wish this point a successful closure in the near future. Disgusting attitude towards customers.

The PVZ is terrible, starting with its size, only two fitting rooms and one unpacking table, and ending with the boorish behavior of the staff. I go in there once, pull the handle of the front door — it didn't open the first time, it only worked the second time. As it turned out, the woman was fixing the lock behind the door, and I “prevented” her from doing so, although there was no warning, no piece of paper stating that the handle should not be touched. She looked at me in such a way that I don't want to go in there anymore. Make your facial expressions simpler — suddenly the rating of your PVZ will increase at least a little. They find fault with the products down to the smallest details that can hardly be seen.

The PVZ employee did not accept the goods, allegedly because the goods were damaged in the fitting room. 03/19/25 my daughter and I came to try on trousers. Before fitting the trousers, I looked at the object marriage - I didn't find anything. After fitting, the employee refused to accept the wrong size, finding a stain on the wrong side of the pant leg. Although the daughter measured the product without shoes. A photo of the "marriage" is attached. I asked the employee in daylight (we left the PVZ) to show me again where she sees the spot - she couldn't even show it right away. Be careful on this PVZ, they can find fault with such a small thing that you can't even call it a marriage, and in general you won't notice it before fitting.
