The girl on the issue is pretty, polite, BUT very meticulously examines each returned item for a long time. Finds such little things that it's hard to even notice them on inspection. And insists on paying for the product, does not accept it back. The mood is terrible after receiving the goods. The point is always littered with boxes and packages. It is not pleasant to be there and there is no desire to order at this point.

Of the advantages, only the location, everything else is a minus. As others have written, courier delivery never arrives on time, and if you arrange delivery after the orders have arrived at the branch, then we can only hope that your order will be delivered at least sometime, not to mention any delivery time, but this is not as critical as I said, because-you can get to the location yourself, although sometimes there are situations when delivery by courier would be very helpful. The main problem is that I'm in the department itself, it's not the first time I've ordered there, and every time there are new young girls who seem to be forced to work there (they all do their jobs with maximum disgust), but I personally ruined their mood with my visit. I work in the service industry myself, and I know what it's like when customers behave like "kings" of neither "hello" nor "thank you," so I treat everyone with respect, because I understand how important it is to say "hello, thank you, goodbye," and usually I get respect in return, but not in this PVZ, the workers in it don't know what it is.
