The point is located next to my house, which is a huge plus. But an even bigger plus is the girls who work here: Sveta and Alesya. Always with a smile, friendly and attentive to customers. You can solve any issue with them, consult and get advice regarding Valberis products and work. It's always a pleasure to visit them, because they welcome us there and are ready to serve us quickly and professionally.

There is only a clarification to the supplier regarding the warranty for electrical goods. On February 5, I picked up an order: an electric hair clipper. In retail stores, they give you a receipt when you buy, they write out a warranty card, here they give you the goods when you buy, they don't write out a warranty card, what to do if there is a breakdown on time. If there was a purchase receipt like in a retail store, then everything would be solved simply, but here they do not give a receipt. I'm very interested in what you do in this case.
