How is it that when I try to pick up an order during the working hours of the PVZ, the "closed" sign greets me for the third time. I understand that no one has canceled the basic needs of a person, BUT this time I decided to wait.… I stood there for 30 minutes and went home. I will order at a nearby gas station, it will be faster to pick up from there than to wait here.

The guy's manager never says hello, always has a dissatisfied face, just clicks his lips, doesn't say anything about the order, whether the payment has been completed or not, and so on. I went there 5-6 times, the female managers are very pleasant, there have never been any problems.
