A place of power. There are always a lot of people, and the receptionist's eyes are always full of despair. Shop, shop, shop, shop, shop, shop, shop, shop, shop, shop, shop, shop, shop, shop. The main thing is not to get there between 6 p.m. and 8 p.m., otherwise just wait in line until closing time.
