I return it to the employee, and she finds the spots after a few minutes of close examination. Then she shoves the dress under my nose with the words "Do you see the stains?" It's okay that they are not visible when viewed in the conditions that I described, at least you can talk without rudeness. Horror. They argued with me, and they also made me guilty. If you are asking for verification, please create conditions for normal verification. It would also be good to train employees to communicate normally and tell the customer the algorithm of actions in such cases.

I arrived at 12:20 at the pick-up point, the order was not returned, as the goods were allegedly accepted (the girl scanned the goods in the back room)!!! There was no other employee in the hall. How is that even possible???? The hours of acceptance are not spelled out anywhere (except for the handwritten inscription at the pick-up point), which you will only find out after the fact. When I was asked to give back the goods and that I would immediately redeem them, I was told that they could not do this until everything was accepted. I believe that such situations should not arise if the item works like this, please WORK. I will not return to this pick-up point for this product, let him go back, re-order to another point.
