The pick-up point is conveniently located, but the staff is unpleasant. I got a refund twice for a defective product that just didn't fit. It is impossible to check all the goods thoroughly with electric light, plus a small table. You're standing there and you don't know if they're going to give you that product back, or if you haven't noticed something. You feel extremely uncomfortable. Employees refer to the rules that you should know and follow after reading them. At other points, the employee checks for marriage himself, I think this is correct. After all, they get paid, and not just search robots.

I don't like the pick-up point.The staff is not competent in determining the defective product.04.06 I wanted to return it because of the wrong size, but they wrote off the money as if it were a marriage.There is no book of comments at the facility (according to the consultant, we are the State Structure and the book of the CIP is located in Minsk). A sealing lining protruding 1 mm from the seam was considered a defect (photo attached).The money was debited from the card without my consent.They said to make a refund. Thus, they saved themselves from the work related to the return to the seller, shifting the responsibility onto me- under the guise of marriage!This is the second time.
