Yesterday, October 22, 2025, at about 17.00, my child and I came to the pick-up point to pick up the goods. Faced with the outright rudeness of a female cameraman. I left the packing bags on the table next to her. When I returned from the fitting room, there were no packages. I understand that maybe it was my mistake, but there was no such problem at other points (where the packages should remain) and I did not pay attention to this.. To which the girl raised her voice and began to complain that she shouldn't look after my bags and I should look for my bags. I ask, "Where to look? Don't you have cameras?" "I don't know where you want it, maybe in the trash can... " She answers me. I didn't shy away, climbed into the basket, found the bags and made a remark to her about her tone... She asked for a complaint book, and her initials. She didn't give me either, but blurted out in the back that I could give her one, even 10. And more... Quote: SHE SHOULDN'T LICK MY BACKSIDE!
