He was returning the knife. An employee, a young girl, asked what the knife was when checking the product. I got the answer that it was in oil. She said that's how you used it and are returning it in this form (she decided that the oil was cut with it and not wiped). The girl clearly has problems with logic, because knife manufacturers often lubricate the blades with gun oil so that they do not rust.

Disgusting item! Apart from the hanging packages and the fireman's phone, there is no buyer's corner, no rules for fitting goods, or information about the owner of the item on the walls. An employee of the pick-up point without a badge. The courier constantly puts the car on the sidewalk near the PVZ!!!
