It is a very convenient location, there is a grocery store nearby, a Fixprice on top has recently opened, etc. Wildberries itself is very nice, the staff is very polite and kind, they will always help in any situation. It's cozy inside, there are fitting rooms, mirrors, etc. There are almost no queues, not because the WB is bad, but because it's a village, there aren't many people

The pick-up point itself is nothing. But the treatment of the staff is just terrible. They are rude and threaten to give a bad grade in response to a bad review. Personally, I was not warned that personal hygiene products should not be opened. Then they yelled. And they made me take it away. I gave a poor assessment of the quality of service. The next time I came, I was told that the service staff could also rate the buyer. They told me that I would have to order at another pick-up point.
