Terrible pick-up point and service in general! The room is constantly with an unpleasant smell, it is impossible to solve any issues on the spot — the staff only send "write to support". The quality of service is at zero, there is no help. The app is unstable, and defective and substandard goods often arrive. Complete disappointment both in the point and in the marketplace itself. I do not recommend using this service.
