Until recently, I always ordered goods at this pick-up point (even after a new point was opened at Kriulin, which is closer to me in location) and there were no complaints. I always look through the product before taking it to the fitting room. But on 08/21/2025 I came for the goods. I looked at the product under the camera, there was no obvious contamination, the product was intact, not torn. I took it to the fitting room, but it didn't fit, so I decided not to take it. However, the young man (an employee of the pick-up point), upon returning, began to examine the item almost under a magnifying glass, and found some minor contamination, which is why he categorically refused to accept the goods back, insisting on writing off the money. Perhaps, yes, when returning to the warehouse, fines are imposed on the pick-up points when returning contaminated goods, but everything should be reasonable: it is impossible to examine the goods thoroughly upon receipt, and upon return to find fault with any barely noticeable detail. In this situation, I think that the employee just needed me to pick up the goods, thereby he would earn himself bonuses. After that, I no longer order at this pick-up point, especially since a new point has opened across the street, more spacious, bright and modern. .
