As soon as I don't come for the goods and a bright girl works at the point, she always has excuses why she can't give the goods away. Explain to the employee that her duties include not only accepting the goods, but also SELLING the goods to customers. Why should I leave without the product for the 3rd time when it is ready for delivery? The rest of the staff have no problems with this, I doubt the competence of this employee.
