Today is Friday, January 31st. I arrived at the PVZ at 20:00. the PVZ is open until 21:00. I wanted to pick up the order, because I'm going on vacation the next day. The employee told us not to take up the queue, because she has a parcel reception and she won't be able to serve us. what???? Since when has the new PVZ operation mode been installed? All the parcels were already at the PVZ, she had to process them, but not at the expense of my parcels and my time!!!

It is not always comfortable to stay in this PVZ: sometimes there is an unpleasant smell (perhaps due to problems with the sewerage system). The service is not very fast, but in general there are no serious drawbacks — the point copes with the basic functions.
