Mud!!! It's very dirty at this pick-up point! Yes, I understand it's winter outside, it's slushy. But that's not what I'm talking about right now (although at least sometimes you could wipe the floors, otherwise you have to stand in a puddle). Mirrors! What dirty mirrors you have. They didn't exist before, but then they were hung up. Is it difficult to wipe them at least once a day?! There's always trash in the fitting rooms. And people have to stand barefoot in changing rooms when the mats are fucked up?! The last time I picked up an order, I almost slipped on this mess of mud under my feet. There are no questions about the girls' work! Well done, always polite, they work fast.

terrible customer service.I received the product, it was stored there for a very long time, when they came to pick it up, they said they hadn't found your product and we wouldn't look for it because there was too much queue, the question to the staff is why did you go to work when you weren't doing anything?
