An absolute disregard for logic in favor of "rules". Instead of just watching the camera footage and making sure that the product was originally "defective" (although we didn't even consider it to be a marriage.). The consultant went off the rails saying I don't know anything, return it through the applications. That is, they literally force us to waste our time in order to save their time (when there were no other clients). I advise you to find another pick-up point, more customer-oriented.

Scammers! They violate my legal rights by insisting on buying back an item with a stain found after fitting. I am very sorry for the same victims, whom they forced to buy back defective items and bother with the return through the application after the purchase. People, such actions of employees are NOT LEGAL!!!! They have no right to force us to buy out. Just turn around and leave, DON'T TAKE the goods. That's exactly what I did, because I know the LAW, and I don't allow myself to be manipulated. They will also tell you about the rules of the marketplace, etc. But it is important to know that any rules that contradict the Law are not legally binding, and no PVZ has the right to force you to pay for the goods, especially with a marriage. Don't give your consent, leave the item and just walk away. By doing so, you are only observing the Law. And no one can legally hold you accountable for refusing to pay a ransom. And if they suddenly try to write off the payment for the item left in the PVZ, then this is generally an article! And you have every right to apply to the consumer protection society and to the court.
