The staff is polite, they always try to serve you quickly. You won't guess one by one: you've almost never seen a large crowd of people, but before the big holidays, of course, the pick-up point is more in demand. The room itself is spacious, there are three changing rooms (always clean), a children's corner, and an ottoman for those waiting. Parking is available and there is plenty of it around the building and there is parking across the street.

Good afternoon, I never write reviews about Valberes employees, but I consider today's case to be egregious. I have never met couriers like Vladimir from the pick-up point in Novogrudok, Karsky St.. The fact that he delivered the goods on the wrong day and the next is fine. It's probably already in their practice and they don't even call and warn. The courier called and told me to go out and pick it up. I asked him to bring it to the 3rd floor, so I have a small child that I can't leave alone at home without supervision. At my request, he rudely stated that he was not obliged to carry to the apartment, he would arrange a return of the goods. You know, this is the first time I've seen this when a request is answered with rudeness. It's not even human.... Valberis has completely deteriorated, and this generation of young people amazes me....

This review concerns a male employee, a certain Vladimir Horonzhego, who worked at the pick-up point on 16.01.2026 located at the address: Novogrudok, Karsky str., 14 "a". The employee allowed himself to talk to me in a rude and derogatory way, complained that I had not checked the ordered items on camera, and after making sure that I had checked, he began to accuse me that I had deliberately ruined them (it is unclear why?), dirtying them during the fitting process. In the presence of strangers and people I didn't know who were present at the pick-up point, he complained to me that I was making a lot of orders and then refusing them (by the way, I can't imagine how you can order things for purchase without fitting them in one size. The number of products that I purchased and refused is easy to track through my personal account of the marketplace). The employee rudely expressed his indifference to the fact that I convinced him that he was wrong and would be forced to leave a negative review of his work, as well as a low rating of the pick-up point. Unfortunately, this is not the first time this employee has behaved in such an unprofessional manner, but earlier I tried not to pay attention to this. Unfortunately, patience has run out. Actually, the question involuntarily arises, why do wildberries need such a morally and psychologically unstable boorish employee who doesn't care about the place where he works and wildberries' customers? Ruin the reputation of the marketplace? For example, I no longer want to contact this pick-up point, despite the fact that, in principle, I have a good impression of wildberries as a marketplace! I hope that wildberries employees will objectively consider my feedback and take appropriate and effective financial and disciplinary measures against this employee.
