I don't know the employee's name, but she turned out to be such a person at work.. Being rude is a common thing for her. I will not write about how many such situations there were. But if something like this comes my way again, I'll ask for a complaint book. I'm not too lazy to write there. Either to be fired, or to be deprived of bonuses.
