15.06.2026 I came for the order at 20:45, although the PVZ is open until 21:00. There is a sign on the door saying "Technical break of 15 minutes". The employee was letting another client go, but she told me to wait. It stood until 21:05 — the break did not end, the issue was not resumed. At that time, an employee in the hall was dealing with refunds/refusals. People were piling up at the door, but there was no maintenance. If there is a technical break, then it should be in the middle of the day, and not 15 minutes before closing. If you are closed, write that you are not working. It is unacceptable to mislead customers. I never received the order. I hope the management will pay attention to the organization of work in this PVZ.
