Today, the children came to pick up the order. The child put the toy on the ottoman, when they came out of the fitting room, the toy disappeared. They searched, but they didn't find it. They just stole it from under my nose. All this is under the cameras. No one offered to watch the cameras. The child is hysterical, upset, and everyone's mood is spoiled.

This is the first time I've written a negative review, but I really wanted to. The girl who works at this pick-up point, who is older, should either change her place of work or become at least a little more friendly. Never once, when I picked up the goods, did the person greet me in return. A constantly dissatisfied face, scanning and delivery of goods occurs as if with a favor. Every time you leave there, you feel guilty for something. The basic "hello", "thank you", "goodbye" are ignored. I no longer order anything at this pick-up point.

Previously, there were no problems with this PVZ, but after the arrival of new employees, this is a terrible place! The money was written off without warning or any clear explanation, citing damage that was clearly not done by me and which can only be seen under a magnifying glass. In addition, the amount was written off incorrectly, it seems that customers here are simply robbed and humiliated, hiding behind the rules of the World Bank. The queue is a kilometer long and sometimes there is no way to safely check the goods before fitting. A very unpleasant experience, avoid this problem!
